1. Scope of Application:

2. Conclusion of Contract:

A contract is concluded when:

• A user registers for a course or service via the website and receives a confirmation email.

• A written agreement is signed for corporate training services.

 

3. Services Provided:

We offer:

• Live online project management courses.

• Corporate training tailored to client needs.

• Access to course materials and recordings (where applicable).​

 

4. Prices and Payment Terms:

• All prices are listed in Euro (€) and include VAT unless otherwise stated.

• Payment is due immediately upon booking unless otherwise agreed.

• Accepted payment methods: bank transfer, PayPal, credit card.

 

5. Right of Withdrawal (Widerrufsrecht):

Consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period begins on the day the contract is concluded. To exercise the right, a clear statement must be sent via email or post.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us in writing 

info@pm-sync.com  of your decision to withdraw from this contract.

6-Waiver of Right of Withdrawal

You may agree to have the course begin during the 14-day withdrawal period and thereby waive your right of withdrawal once the first session has been delivered. To validly waive your right, you must:

• Be informed in writing (separate email) that the course will commence within the 14-day period.

• Give your express consent to immediate commencement (separate form).

• Acknowledge that by consenting, you lose your right of withdrawal once the first live session starts.

 

7. Cancellation and Refund Policy:

• Cancellations up to 7 days before the course start: full refund.

• Cancellations within 7 days: 50% refund.

• No refund for cancellations 24 hours or less before course start, or after commencement.

• PM-Sync. reserves the right to cancel or reschedule due to force majeure or insufficient participants. An official notification will be sent. 

 

8. User Obligations:

Users agree:

• Not to share login credentials.

• Not to reproduce, distribute, or publicly display course materials.

• To use the website and services lawfully and respectfully.

 

9. Intellectual Property:

All content, including videos, slides, and documents, is protected by copyright. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.

 

10. Limitation of Liability:

We are not liable for:

• Temporary unavailability of the website.

• Errors in content provided by third parties.

• Damages resulting from misuse of the website or services.

 

11. Data Protection:

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction:
